Hey guys,so I'm making a character and I tried to put louis's kick attack and the blastpush into template's data but it dIdn't work!!PLEASE HELP!!this is his screenshot:

Nah that "broken" image is the exact same as the other image.

Well, we can't help you if you don't tell us what you did and how it doesn't work. All you said is "I add move and no work", and your picture is a drawing of your character rather than a screenshot that shows HOW it doesn't work (I press D>A nothing happens? I press D>A I become just a shadow?).
