the head is really badly positioned
the ear is sticking out like hell, and look at the back bottom of the hair...should have removed that.
and because of the lack of shading on the mouth thing, he doesnt have a mouth or a nose.
also, the shoulders have a lot of dirty pixels around it.

probably should try and darken the mouth cover a little, it's really good though :P

I'll don't wanna darken it because then then it would be different from the sprite :P Here's a useless thing i made xD:
