Definitely the second one. But from seeing the face pics, it seems like the head is facing the wrong way from the body. And the black outline on the mask keeps bugging me... Maybe you could make it a dark grey instead?

you have to use state: 4 while you're in the air (y: -1 in tha first frame 'nd then y: 550 is fine)
but that's kinda buggy because you could go to the JumpAttacking frames while pressing A or AJ

Don't be fooled by the com thing. the clone is a type: 3 object. That's why when Julian punch him away, the com stay behind a bit (will be fixed).

This is only the basic. The clone won't do anything beside attract enemies for now. You'll be able to control him when I'm done spriting the attacks.

Oh and he won't be destroyed unless you hit him with a state: 3006 or stronger balls, but that doesn't mean he won't be blasted away when he's hit and will disappear when he goes off-screen (So don't be lazy after you call him out).

EDIT: don't mind if you see Davis's sprites appear, I haven't done spriting yet.

It's hard to fix the com moving thing. I've only make it smoother and faster, can't do than that.
