you have a weapon that julian holds, which has an opoint on the on_hand frames. this opoints the t3, which has state: 18(?) maybe it's a different state anyways it's definitely a weapon on hand doing the opoints.

That wasn't a basic attack, thats a hit_ua or something, can't remember rightly. Weapons have no effect on that attack. Now just looking back at Azriel's post, I spot the fine print:

So yes, it has no effect on weapons forgetlatios. So I'd probably think Azriel is right.

I should've known Azriel was going to spoil it early on, even though this was a simple piece of DCing.
Yes, it's a weapon.
The balls are standard Davis' balls, but they hit Jisenko's armour because they're spawned by the custom broken_weapon mechanism.
(I could've just used the basic jump_attack in the video)
