is it possible to make a weapon that only a specific char could pick it up?
if so than i would like to know how. ^_^
another question related if the first one is not possible.
kinda like the same outcome.
let say i make a normal sword, anyone can pick it up and use it.
but if that specific char would pick it up, i want to make some kind of transformation to the sword.
(kinda like Riven ulti from League of legends-it become bigger, stronger and glow/look different)
in other words,
when that specific char pick the normal sword, it would change to a different sword.
but when dropped again it would come back to the normal one.

First one, I don't know.
Second one, I think the grenade has the data for you to study. It is initially just a normal weapon with grenade sprites when dropped, but when picked up it transforms into another weapon that will explode when thrown/dropped. If you want your weapon to change back, you can make the weapon transform on the on_ground frames.

for the second one- i want to make it transform to the one that explode, only if a specific char will pick it up not by everyone.
could it be possible?

I have seen something in SD gundam seed mod but dont know if it was of other characters not having itr or having one specific itr

You'd need to make that weapon have an itr that can hit a specific bdy that only that character has, making the character go into a frame where his weaponact causes the weapon to transform. The thing I'm not sure is how to get that weapon itr to hit the character holding the weapon - normally you can just use one of the self-hittable states like 18(burning state) or 13(the frozen state), dunno if it works with weapons currently held by you.
The first one(only specific char can pickup) would require something similar, but I do not know if there is a way to do it without modding all other characters.

So first, give your fella a itr kind8 with a special y in the stance frames or the picking up (whenever you'd want your transformation to occur)
The dvx in the itr would go the frames where he destroys the item in hand and summons his item with a cheesy animation.
Secondly the item that has to transform must have that special y body that triggers the itr kind 8

When Freeze picks up the baseball bat, it will transform to the ice-sword

No, only when freeze picks it up, it will change. All other chars and weapons won´t change.
Download the study-example, in the readme is explained how it works.
