Night 1 (conclusion)
Suddenly, a gunshot. A scream echoes through the streets. Agitated, the townies of LFE-Town wake up and move to their windows to see what has happened. Just as the dawn of the morning sun fills the town square with solace, a lone figure at its center is convulsed with pain, a little stream of blood slowly exiting his chest and mouth. Just a short while later, most of the residents have gathered next to the victim, the terror written all over their faces. When the victim suddenly gasps and whispers a few words, the others fall silent and approach him to listen to his last words.

???: *cough* ...I ...was one of you... idiots...

A final jerk passes through his body, then his head lifelessly hits the ground. Murmuring arises. A few of the others proceed to sift through the corpse, finding a personal identity card. Jernemies, it says. Nothing more.
Judging by the strange selection of last words, the victim hadn't led an innocent life; a poor felon who was only trying to make a living and join the underground connection, to be in a family. Thus, this marks the ironic end of one of the Thugs that has mistakenly been killed by his self-proclaimed own family.

Private discussion between players outside of the thread is allowed.
Sending copies, screenshots or quotes of any sensitive information provided by me (Ramond) is forbidden in any way.
Voting for no-kill is allowed.
Night talk is allowed.
Ghost talk is allowed, but under the condition that no information that was gained outside of the public posts may be used in any way, especially not as a PM to other players.

If any of the above rules are broken, the opposite fraction of the rulebreaker wins the game immediately, so I will also ask players to be fair and report to me if somebody breaks a rule. That hopefully ensures nobody will even try to cheat.

Day 1
A state of emergency is declared. The town needs a leader, a mayor, to guide the residents. And how else will he be elected than by pure democracy, the 'fairest' of forms?
A meeting is assembled at the town square (of course after Jernemies has been given a proper funeral and vespers) to decide which of the 12 remaining apostles townies is fittest to lead the Mafia inquisition.
This is how heroes are born...

To clarify: A Mayor will now be elected. Each player must publicly vote in bold one of the remaining players (may vote himself). The person with the most votes will be the Mayor.
Whenever there is a tie in votes on a day lynch, the Mayor has the tie-breaking vote.
If the Mayor dies, he will choose another alive player to follow into his footsteps. That person will be the new Mayor.
