Tailored to fit in CL's mod R-LF2, this character is supposed to represent the maker--Matt. With completely original sprites, a couple of projectile moves, great attention to sound effects, and a touch of ninja sword slicing, it is almost an ideal character for those who like overpowered characters. The only downside of Matt is his data, which could do with a bit of polishing.
