You want a quick character with a new look?

This is your answer then. Open up Photoshop and an existing character from Little Fighter, for our example we will open sorcerer_0.bmp.

The first and foremost important thing you do is backup your original image, trust me it sucks to screw up without a backup!

Next go to: Image > Mode > RGB Colour

Next go to: Image > Adjustements > Hue and Saturation

On the select menu where it says "master change to greens".
Now on the hue bar change the arrow down the slider and you will notice the character green cloak go through lots of colour changes. Congratulations you just edited your first character, click "OK" and bath in your glory. (Example: Hue +87)

No doubt there will be at least one of you who want him to wear a black cloak or a grey one well the way to do that is just as easy. Once again using the sorcerer and on greens change the saturation to -100, his cloak should change to grey. To make it black turn the lightness down (Example: Green Tones, Saturation: 0, Lightness: -30), to make it grey turn it up (Example: Green Tones, Saturation: 0, Lightness: 100).

When your done with the colour changing go to:

File > Save

It save over the original but will give you the option to save it as a PSD. Its your call if you want to save a PSD copy, I always save a PSD as they can be easily edited later. If not then select .BMP. As soon as you select that the file name will change to sorcerer_0 copy.bmp.
