Inspired by Windmill's introduction of itr kind 8, Jerry Hawk of Sykeval was inspired to make these two backgrounds. They are called dynamic bgs because unlike normal backgrounds, they have sound effects and you can get hit either by meteorites or the ion storm. The set of backgrounds are also featured in JWLF2, which can be downloaded in the Downloads>>Other>>Stages section.
