This Deep modification makes Deep an ice element character and it comes with a matching blue-shirt skin as well. His moves are not only flashy and fairly original but Blitz Deep also have a huge potential for combos. Even though he's relatively overpowered, his secret move, where he summons a protective ice dome around him, is definitely worth trying to find out.
