Nieo is the representative character of forum user Nieo. He can be seen summoning a sword and wielding the weapon effortlessly, despite being almost his size. He then makes use of energy balls in the style of Julian's big ball and a rapid firing of blasts that Davis uses. The character was built upon the base of Davis and then recoloured to suit Nieo's needs.
