Phoenix is another character made by DarkLord during the prime of his data changing career. Pheonix features some innovations in terms of opoint which led later DCers to exploit the tag's full potential. Phoenix foregoes his ninja stars and focuses his skills on his blades instead, but that doesn't stop him from attacking long range as he still has a few sneaky skills up his sleeve that will give your enemy a nasty surprise.
