After three years of work I finally finished Targaros. His fightstyle is similar to LouisEX, but Targaros has way more moves and potential for powerfull combos. Targaros is concipated to fight many enemies a time, and shield could protect him from them. Also a new data changing technique is used the first time - with itr/kind 8 a new ratio attack was created.
