Originally part of a Final Fantasy VII project, Vincent (Valentine) was never completed and it is also the only product of the project. However, it is still a playable character, featuring Havoc Creator's excellent spriting skills. The data is probably incomplete as well, since Vincent has only 2 moves while his trademark claws from his metal gauntlet are still missing.
