WoodyARC is a simple yet overpowered modification of Woody. All of his moves are basically projectile moves and the projectiles themselves are all from the original LF2, but that is what most DCers did in those times, so it is understandable. The angelic skin is made by Do and CFighter enabled WoodyARC to fly by pressing the "jump" button to match the sprites.
