To activate Window Mode, go to your LFO folder (e.g C:\Program Files\U1 Technology\Little Fighter Online) and search for a textfile named "lfo". It should look like this: 
	[video]
	 fullscreen=X
	[intro]
	 show=0
	[user]
	 lastlobby=0
	 region=0
Replace the X next to fullscreen with 0 and you'll be able to play LFO in Window Mode.
