kind: kind: 6 - Super Punch
itr / kind: 6 is used in "broken_weapon" and the last set of "injured" frames. If a character is in one of these frames and another character tries to punch him, the punching character will react to the itr and use his Super Punch instead of his normal punch.

vrest: 1 is used because this function should work on all characters without exception.
